Cancellation or schedule changes must be communicated no later than 72 hours before the confirmed performance time. Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 72 hours of the gig will incur a fee equal to 50% of the agreed performance rate. This ensures fairness to the performers, protects allocated preparation time, and covers opportunity cost for the blocked booking period.
